Hotel Porta Faenza Florence

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious and had beautiful courtyard views. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the effective air conditioning and convenient elevator. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. Highly recommended! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a terrific part of the city, near the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It's even by the street market, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom and good aircon. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The breakfast is great, and they even leave biscuits and lollies for guests throughout the day.

One tip I would give to anyone going there is to be cautious about buying ice cream, as it can be quite expensive near the popular spots.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, from check, in to check, out. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even offered to hold our luggage for us before our train. the location was ideal, being close to both the train station and the main square. It was convenient to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well, appointed bathroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied. There were not many choices available, especially for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.
